1 Day Per WeekGroup Operations, Property, Tourism, Global Equity, Company InvestmentsAbout Our ClientThe employer is a small organisation involved with Property, Tourism, Investments and Global Equity.Job DescriptionAs the Part-Time Finance Director, your role will include:Oversee financial strategy and governance across diverse investment portfolios.Manage group consolidations and produce accurate financial reports.Monitor investment performance and provide recommendations to optimise returns.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including offshore trust structures.Liaise with external advisors on tax planning and regulatory matters.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for group entities.Advise on risk management and financial controls across the organisation.The Successful ApplicantA successful Part-Time Finance Director should have:Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.Experience working within the property industry or a related field.Knowledge of off-shore trusts and tax accounting is useful.Proficiency in financial software and systems.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.What's on OfferA competitive salary.A permanent, part-time position.Lots of flexibility offered.A supportive and professional working environment.Based in Mid Sussex, but flexible on working locationIf you have the skills and experience required for this Part-Time Finance Director position, we encourage you to apply today.
