We are currently working with a prominent European-based family-owned business that is known for designing, developing and selling medical aesthetic products and its treatments can be found in more than 70 countries around the globe. Due to their continuous growth, they're currently on the lookout for a motivated  Digital Sales and Brand Manager  to join their team. The role primarily focuses on the company’s latest D2C cosmetic brand with the possibility to extend to other brands in their portfolio. This role involves leading sales strategies, meeting targets and KPIs, and nurturing relationships with distributors and business clients. You'd be crucial in ensuring smooth order fulfilment and enhancing customer satisfaction by coordinating across departments. Additionally, responsibilities include crafting brand marketing strategies, maintaining brand credibility, and being the face of the company as a brand expert. Key responsibilities: Drive sales growth, meet targets, convert leads to sales, and manage various KPIs. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business customers. Coordinate inter-departmental efforts for flawless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance credibility and consistency. Manage the brand's reputation through media relations and crisis management when needed. To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria: Previous experience in cosmetics sales or brand management. Demonstrated history of successful sales and marketing campaigns. Exceptional attention to detail with expertise in conducting market research. Proficiency in utilizing digital planning tools and software. Fluency in English is mandatory (Minimum proficiency: Fluent)
