MEP Facilities Engineer For a UHNWI we are looking for a team to support the building and maintenance of their estate in Chens-sur Léman. As part of that team we are looking for a MEP Facilities Engineer The role • Design, development, and maintenance of MEP systems, machinery and equipment • Prepare equipment specifications for new facilities. • Prepare operational procedures. • Assist clients with material procurement. • Construction management facilities • Estimating of material, construction, labour costs, and project timescales. • Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), etc. • Provide technical expertise on various engineering requirement. • Work on the development of maintenance procedures and protocols including method statements, permits to work and appropriate supporting risk assessments. • Flexibility and hands on technical completion of planned and reactive maintenance • Responsible for the supervision for the repairs and other works • Coordinate with external parties regarding Facilities Services • Maintaining accurate work order and maintenance records • Assists in training staff. • Perform other works as directed by the client Your skills • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering • Minimum 10 years of Facilities or Project Management supervisory experience • Proficient in English and Arabic language both written and oral. Able to communicate in French (preferable) with other parties. • Designer in electrical / mechanical concept, schematic, detailed design, and value engineering • Knowledgeable in CAD, Dialux, etc. Tiger is B Corp Certified.
