En lien direct avec la Direction Générale Groupe, votre rôle sera de coordonner et dynamiser les ventes sur l'ensemble du territoire français.Vos principales responsabilités : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale en France. Animer et accompagner un réseau d'agences, de partenaires et de la FDV intégrée. Développer le portefeuille clients existant et prospecter de nouvelles enseignes. Assurer la prescription auprès des constructeurs et majors du bâtiment. Suivre les indicateurs de performance et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs. Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements professionnels et rendez-vous clients. Expérience : 8 ans minimum dans la vente BtoB, idéalement dans le secteur des matériaux de la construction. Soft skills : Leadership et capacité à fédérer. Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens du service client. Autonomie et organisation. Goût pour le challenge et la négociation. Vision stratégique et orientation résultats.
