You will:Manage complex restructuring and insolvency matters on behalf of clients such as multinational corporations, and energy players;Be able to provide sound restructuring and insolvency advice across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency issues; andHelp grow the team and clientele, in line with the firm's wider ambitions for growth.The Candidate: Alongside serving their own portable clientele, the successful candidate will also be servicing the restructuring and insolvency needs of the firm's existing clients. International experience of restructuring transactions is important as many of the firm's clients are internationally based. Any restructuring or insolvency experience in deals or projects in the energy space would be useful, but not a prerequisite.The role would suit a Counsel-level restructuring and insolvency lawyer with their own clientele looking for their break into an immediate partnership opening, or for an existing restructuring and insolvency Partner looking for a whole new experience growing the firm's restructuring and insolvency offering and contributing to the ultimate growth ambitions of the firm.
