L'entreprise LMI RECRUTEMENT & Associés, groupe LMI, recherche pour son client, groupe à dimension internationale, un(e) HR Manager / Office Manager en mission d’intérim (remplacement congé maladie). Les missions Rattaché(e) fonctionnellement à la DRH Groupe, vous êtes le/la référent(e) RH et administratif(ve) pour la France, avec un rôle central, polyvalent et très opérationnel.Vos missions principales :RH & administration du personnel• Recrutement et onboarding des collaborateurs, en lien avec la DRH Groupe• Suivi des intégrations, des visites médicales et des certifications (habilitations électriques, travail en hauteur, conduite d’engins)• Gestion des affiliations mutuelle et prévoyance, relations avec le courtier• Transmission des éléments variables au cabinet d’expertise comptable• Organisation et suivi des entretiens annuels• Coordination avec le CSE et gestion des obligations administratives associéesPilotage & conformité• Mise en place et suivi des tableaux de bord RH et du reporting de gouvernance• Reporting RSE / durabilité• Suivi des sujets RGPD• Organisation des actions de formationOffice management & support à la direction• Gestion et coordination des moyens générauxProjets transverses (en lien avec le Groupe)• Participation à des projets structurants (conversion de la flotte automobile à l’électrique, audits RH et paie, plan de continuité, harmonisation de certains achats…)La paie et les dossiers juridiques sont traités en externe.Conditions• Type de contrat : Mission d’intérim – prise de poste dès que possible• Temps de travail : 35h00• Rémunération : 40 à 59 k€ selon profil et expérience• Localisation : Saint-Priest• Mission prévue jusqu’au retour de la RH France Votre profil De formation supérieure en ressources humaines, droit social, gestion ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative sur un poste de RH généraliste, Office Manager ou sur une fonction transverse équivalente, idéalement au sein d’une PME ou d’une filiale de groupe.Autonome et curieux(se), vous disposez d’une bonne maturité professionnelle et d’un réel sens de l’organisation.Vous apportez énergie et bonne humeur au quotidien, tout en restant pleinement professionnel(le).À l’aise dans un environnement structuré, vous savez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et travailler en lien avec des interlocuteurs groupe.Afin d’échanger avec le siège et vos homologues à l’international, vous disposez d’un anglais professionnel (niveau B2 minimum).
