Une start up qui s'est imposée très rapidement sur son marché : 90% de PDM Très forte croissance et rachat par une entreprise du Next40 Une entreprise ambitieuse qui connaît déjà la rentabilité Des clients prestigieux : Intersport, Monoprix, McDonald's, Sandro, Décathlon, etc. Développement international : Espagne, Allemagne et US Mon avis de chasseuse : Un poste pour un profil expert en négociation ayant déjà travaillé avec les marques du retail VOTRE MISSION : QUALIFIER LES LEADS JUSQU'A LA SIGNATURE En reporting direct avec le Head of Sales, vous serez en charge de : Prise du besoin et réalisation des RDV pris par les SDR Gérer la relation prospect avec un discours de vente clair et structuré Qualifier les leads jusqu'à la signature Tenir à jour le CRM et l'alimenter VOTRE PROFIL : ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Vous êtes diplômé.e d'une école de commerce ou d'un diplôme de vente Vous avez +7ans d'expérience réussie en négociation et déjà travaillé.e en Martech Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et résilient Vous avez une excellente communication orale et une posture commerciale assurée LES MODALITÉS : Rémunération selon profil : Fixe : 60-75K€ Variable : 40-50K€ déplafonné Avantages :Swile, RTT, etc. Processus de recrutement: 1er call avec Data Recrutement Entretien avec le Head of Sales en visio (30') Entretien avec le Head of BU sur place (1h) Case study à préparer chez soi et à présenter Rencontre avec l'équipe et offre Localisation : Paris 9ème
