The international aspect: operates in over 200 countries A 100% growth trend An IPO entrance in 2021 Worldwide career opportunities Prestigious clients: LVMH and 250 others A clear and ambitious roadmap A start-up spirit within a solid company: 750 employees worldwide My hunter's opinion: A position for an analytical profile, capable of building a win/win relationship with its clients YOUR MISSION: TO DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE GLOBALISATION OF THEIR E-COMMERCE You will work directly with the Head of Customer Success Europe and will be responsible for : Develop a relationship of trust and proximity with key accounts Prepare periodic performance reports and business reviews Generate upsell and cross sell Build long term and consultative relationships with clients Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and business YOUR PROFILE : ACCOUNT MANAGER MID MARKET OR ENTERPRISE Must have : You have + 2 years experience as a B2B Account Manager or CSM ideally in payment, e-commerce, saas, transport, consulting You have strong analytical skills You have experience in developing a portfolio of existing clients You have a proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build win/win relationships with clients You have a proven track record of performance You are bilingual in English or French You speak Nordic, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or French TERMS AND CONDITIONS : Location: Paris (1st) Remote 2 days/week Salary : Mid Market : Based salary 40-45K€ + bonus 5K€ Enterprise : Based Salary 45-60K€ + Bonus 5-10K€ Benefits: 10-30K€ stock options
