The Opportunity
Digital Media Solutions is the fastest-growing business with a very strong potential for Adobe.
We are currently searching for a Sales Director to lead the Western Region for our Digital Media Business. You will report into the VP of Adobe Western (France, Italy, Iberia, Benelux, Nordics) and be a key member of the Leadership team. You will be Responsible for driving and growing the revenue of the Digital Media Business in your region.

What you’ll do

Drive revenue for Adobe Digital Media Solutions in your region through working in a matrixed organization to clearly define go to market strategies

Develop and execute critical initiatives in line with overall business goals across a matrixed environment

Assesses sales pipeline, monitor activity, and forecasts to assess sales progress and areas for improvement

Maintain a positive and proactive line of communication between the lines of business as well as senior leadership

Identify and support opportunities for training as well as career diversification and growth across your teams

Manage managers and individual contributors with passion and discipline

Build strong lasting relationship with Clients and Partners

What you need to succeed

7/10 years managing high-performance sales team in an international Enterprise Software Sales environment

Track record of selling complex multi $m deals into enterprise accounts

Proven success in selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level - preferably CMO/Digital Leaders

Excellent networking ability

Proven self-starter mentality with a specific plan to “own” your business

Dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance

Passion, energy, great attitude, and a proven plan for building and running successful sales teams

Empathy and high EQ to do it the “right” way

Success in selling solution-based SaaS offerings

Superior customer-facing attributes both internally and externally

Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to "win people over"

Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.
