Dans le cadre de son développement, **DSV Air&Sea recherche un Team Leader Air Import **pour notre site **de Roissy.**
Voici vos missions:
- Management d'une équipe de 5 personnes
- Organiser les opérations de transport de marchandises (acheminement, livraison, dédouanement, etc.).
- Négocier les contrats d'achat et de vente avec les partenaires étrangers.
- Assurer le respect des réglementations douanières, fiscales et commerciales en vigueur.
- Sélectionner les fournisseurs et les transporteurs les plus adaptés aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Élaborer des stratégies d'exportation pour développer les ventes à l'étranger
- Coordonner les équipes impliquées dans la gestion des opérations liées à l'import
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les partenaires étrangers pour favoriser la fidélisation et la croissance des affaires.
Vous êtes:
Issu.e de formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérince similaire?
Vous avez le sens de l'organisation ? Vous êtes rigoureux, attentif aux détails, vous savez faire preuve de réactivité, vous êtes capables de prendre les meilleures décisions et trouver des solutions, avec un excellent relationnel client ?
