**Job Summary**:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting and contributing to the acquisition team. This role will be responsible for contacting current and potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote products and services, and identify sales opportunities. This position will also use Google Earth and various online databases to enhance our data.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Research and compile lists of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information from ad inquiries, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
- Handles inbound acquisition lead calls, qualify and direct to sales directors.
- Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality.
- Obtain testimonials and ensure they are added to website.
- Utilizes CRM system to manage pipeline and create lead activities & uploads transaction documents in M-Files.
- Works with Marketing team to prepare and distribute campaigns.
- Ad hoc projects as needed

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required.

**Experience**:

- Experience in Sales is desired.
- Fluency in local language required for respective market and proficiency in English preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of Contact Management systems (CRM), Database and internet software.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management.
- Proficiency with Google Earth and internet searches.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Eager to learn and ability to adapt to changing situations as needed.
