**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager to support the integration of two AI-enabled platforms across our technology, product, and operations teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams to drive the integration process forward. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and ensure that project milestones are met.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist in managing the integration of AI-enabled platforms across technology, product, and operational teams.
- Support the creation and maintenance of the project roadmap, ensuring clear alignment with team priorities.
- Track project progress, maintain timelines, and help ensure that integration milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, acting as a point of contact for updates and issue resolution.
- Help identify and report potential risks, proposing solutions to keep the project on course.
- Organize meetings, prepare project documentation, and ensure accurate reporting to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain focus on the integration of AI features that meet business needs.

**Essential**
- Previous experience in coordinating and supporting projects, particularly within the technology sector.
- Ability to maintain and improve existing processes to ensure efficient operations across various fields.
- Proven track record in supporting cross-departmental projects by ensuring timely delivery and alignment among teams.
- Understanding of project management principles, coupled with excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates.
- Experience in tracking project progress, managing timelines, and assisting with risk management.
- Strong analytical skills, with extensive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Collaborative and structured approach to work, focused on ensuring successful project delivery.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to transparent communication.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
