**Graduate Program CIB Global Markets Paris, Structuring F/M/D**

**The Graduate Programme CIB Global Markets Paris in a nutshell**:
This 12 months rotational programme is designed to provide you with first-class training and rapid autonomy.

You will join BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) with a permanent contract starting with a 3-week training before moving on to a full-time role in one of our Structuring teams.

During the programme you will experiment a rotation with one of the Structuring teams in Paris and you will also have the opportunity to interact with the other Global Markets teams : Structuring, Quantitative Research, Primary.

As a Graduate, you will benefit from diversified seminars, in-house trainings and networking events.

A mentor and a Buddy will also be assigned to you, to help you in your professional development and your integration.

**What will be your daily life during your first 12 months ?**

You will create innovative customer-oriented solutions and products adapted to market conditions and customer needs, from investment to liability management, risk, capital.

You will design, price and market derivatives.

You will participate in meetings with clients on the side of Sales **or **Coverage to help create opportunities and design customized solutions that bring value to our clients.

You will support marketing efforts through presentations, in-depth analysis and verification tests.

You will interact closely with Sales, Trading and customers.

You will contribute to the digitalisation of our platform.

You will ensure that product offers comply with BNP Paribas' negotiating policies and capabilities.

**What about remuneration?**

Depending on your level of skills and experience, we will offer you a remuneration consisting of a fixed component and a variable part (bonus, employee profit sharing), the level of which will vary according to your individual performance and that of the Group.

**Are you our next CIB Global Markets Graduate?**

Yes if you have graduated less than two years ago with up to 12 months of professional experience (off-the-job, alternance) from the date of graduation.

You are graduated with a Master degree from an engineering school, business school or university with a specialisation in quantitative finance, and you have relevant experience in market finance and/or applied mathematics.
