**Apprenticeship - **Fragrances Communication Assistant (F/H)**

Within the Cartier Parfums Marketing & Communication team, you will help develop and implement the international operational communication strategy of Cartier Parfums.
- **Digital communication projects**:
Follow-up and development of launch assets with Brand Content:

- Management of the mock-ups for the shootings
- Management of the Teams Platform
- Follow up with market requests

Participation in the implementation of projects on social networks:

- Help in artistic collaborations organizations
- **Competition study**
- Digital & launch strategy watch, best practices digital tools, gifting...
- Weekly restitution to the team
- **Assistance in the management of operational projects within the framework of the implementation of exceptional communication events**:press events, seminars, launch events, artistic installations... etc.
- **Administrative management of the department**:Perfume stock management and inventory update, invoice follow-up and supplier account creation

In order to facilitate your integration within our company, you will benefit from an integration program, including specific training on Cartier Fragrances, the history and products of the company, as well as various follow-up throughout your internship.

At the end of your experience, you will also be offered a review with the Human Resources department to identify potential opportunities within the House and the Richemont Group.

**Alternance - Assistant(e) Communication Parfums (F/H)**
- Au sein de l’équipe Marketing & Communication Cartier Parfums et rattaché(e) à une Chef de projet Communication Senior, vous aiderez au développement et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication opérationnelle internationale des parfums Cartier._

**1. Projets de communication digitale**:
Suivi, mise à disposition et développement des assets de lancement avec le Brand Content:

- Gestion des maquettes pour les shootings
- Gestion et alimentation du Teams
- Suivi des demandes marchés

Participation à la mise en place de projets sur les réseaux sociaux:

- Participation à la gestion du compte Instagram du Parfumeur Maison, Mathilde Laurent
- Aide à l’organisation des rencontres

**2. Etudes concurrence**
- Veille digitale, stratégie de lancements, best practices outils digitaux, gifting
- Restitution régulière à l’équipe

**3.Aide au pilotage de projets opérationnels dans le cadre de la mise en place d'évènements de communication exceptionnels**: événements presse, séminaires, évènements de lancement, installations artistiquesetc.

**4. Gestion administrative du département **:Gestion du stock parfums et mise à jour de l’inventaire, suivi des factures et créations des compte fournisseurs

Afin de faciliter votre intégration au sein de notre Maison, vous bénéficierez d’un parcours d’intégration, incluant notamment une formation spécifique sur les Parfums Cartier, sur l’histoire et les produits de la Maison, ainsi que différents suivis tout au long de votre stage.

A l’issue de votre expérience, un point avec le service Ressources Humaines vous sera également proposé afin d’identifier les potentielles opportunités au sein de la Maison et du Groupe R
