**Your Role**
For 40 sites, working closely with the local functional teams as well as the global SAP SYMPHONY project team you:
Work and engage local functional users to implement the Label Template
- Lead in defining scope and analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs (mainly legal/regulatory requirements), write detailed functional specifications, ensure the integration/coordination with other streams.
- Guarantee the best implementation practices while defining local specificities (Languages-legal-regulatory-local interfaces) as needed.
- For your area, ensure operational support to the Local Team with:

- Identifying the impacts for the business organization of the ERP implementation and assist change management processes required for these impacts.
- Conducting tests and documenting test results (in relation with streams).
- Updating Template training material, supporting the LKU on necessary local adjustments.
- Defining label paper specifications and ensuring follow-up from the first test order to the final order before the go-live.
- Providing support to the IT local team to have all label printers up and running before the go-live.
- Defining necessary KPI's to monitor process performance and drive continuous process improvements.
- Providing support after the go-live while being the point of contact of the LKU for label related incidents and new requests.
- Lead Label template improvements (new business cases + SAP upgrade)
- Act as the product owner of Spectrum. Ensure relation with Loftware team (Editor) Create and modify label forms in Spectrum and the rules which allow to populate labels.
- Responsible for the Label Template Material (Specification - Label Template book - etc ).
- Manage the relation with the infrastructure team to deal with Labels printers and network issues and projects in relation with Label topics.
- Participate with the Support Team for future label adjustment once a site is live + for bug fixing

**About You**
- 5+ years of knowledge on SAP solutions in a large industrial corporate environment (MM, LE, PP, SD, PLM, use of tableswould be appreciated).
- Experience in the Food Industry sector would be a plus.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other type of code would be a substantial plus
- Label management experience
- English and French fluent compulsory, another language will be a plus.
- Strong leadership in the conduct of business demanding, multi-faceted projects
- Able to build and maintain business relationships while also focusing on functional and project needs
- Strong business acumen.
- For the global deployment project phase, willing to travel 30-40% of your time.
- Your skills and Information Systems sensitivity and Technical appetency allow you to be a true field expert. You also know how to work in a multicultural environment in a context of projects requiring autonomy, strength of proposal, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Strong analysis ability, rigour and patience are must-have for this position.
