**WHAT IS SYMPHONY?**
Symphony is a program which aims to harmonize, standardize and innovate the business processes within and across the group divisions. Symphony is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) from SAP (S4Hana version) and is built to be the backbone of the IT architecture of Symrise. Its scope is very broad, covering nearly all the processes of the company... Deployment covers 25 countries for Taste, Nutrition & Health.
**YOUR ROLE?**
Part of a team of 25 people and reporting to the BPO PtP SAP S4Hana (in the role for 4 years now), you will have a strategic impact on our SYMPHONY PROJECT roll-out. Your main mission is to play a key role in defining/ updating/implementing/supporting the template processes deployment in order to harmonize and standardize the business processes globally for the Purchasing stream.
For 40 sites, and working closely with the local functional teams as well as the global SAP project team, you:
- Work and engage local functional users to implement the PtP
- Participate in defining scope and analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs, write detailed functional specifications, ensuring the integration with other stream
- Guarantee the best practices implementation while defining local specificity (Languages-legal-regulatory-local interfaces) as needed
- Identify the impacts for the business organization of the ERP implementation and assist change management processes required for these impacts
- Conduct tests and documenting test results
- Update Template training material, support the LKU (Local Key-user) on necessary local adjustments
- Prepare master and transactional data to be uploaded
- Define necessary KPI's to monitor process performance and drive continuous process improvements
- Provide 2nd level support after the go-live while being the point of contact for SAP for LKU
**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
- Background in Purchasing (with Food Industry sector knowledge considered as a plus)
- First successful experience dealing with projects requiring autonomy, proactivity, sense of responsibility, problem solving skills and team spirit
- Strong team player, you like to share and transfer knowledge
- Your skills and Information Systems sensitivity allow you to be a true field expert
- Professional English and French
- For the global deployment project phase, you are willing to travel 30-40% of your time
