**Your Role**
As the SAP Support Project Leader, you will play a critical role in providing SAP support and related software services to end-users and teams within the Symrise TN&H IT landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and resolving SAP and related software issues in a timely manner.
- Participating in analyses of defects and requirements as well as functional design whenever necessary.
- Maintaining and updating SAP and related software documents and procedures.
- Managing and assigning tickets raised by end-users in the ticketing tool.
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
- Escalating disruptions in the processes and ensuring process implementation.
- Assisting with the development of a high-performance, motivated workgroup and fostering team-building skills.

**About You**
- A solid SAP background, in both functional and technical areas.
- Intimate knowledge of Information Systems and Business Administration.
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extraordinary customer service skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Able to coordinate local and international teams and resources effectively.
- Able to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
