Ascent Formation est organisme de formation spécialisé dans les formations IT : Cyberdéfense, Big Data, Cloud, DevOps, Blockchain et Développement.

Nos formation s'adressent principalement aux ingénieurs informatiques souhaitant monter en compétences.

Notre clientèle est composé d'institutions publiques (ministères, défense), grandes entreprises (CAC 40), ESN, PME innovantes et startups licornes.

Le siège est basé à Rennes (PACE) avec des antennes sur toute la france et un champ d'actions national et international (Emirats, Moyen Orient, Oman, Canada, Europe..).

Entreprise à fort impacte technologique et en plein coeur des nouveaux besoins gouvernementaux et privés, Ascent recrute des collaborateurs pour renforcer son marketing, son business developpement et son management de projets.

**Le poste**

Poste à pourvoir au sein de notre centre/entreprise.

Vous aurez principalement à charge le training management national et/ou international, le business developpement et le pilotage de projets. Il s'agit d'une création de poste s'inscrivant dans une logique de création de valeure dans le cadre de notre développement.

**Vos missions en tant que Project Manager**:
**Training Project Management**

Co-organisation et suivi des trainings

Co
- Sélection/recrutement de formateurs

Coordination et suivi entre les clients et les équipes de formateurs

Suivi des éléments périphériques à la formation

Ingénierie pédagogique

Développement de partenariats

Gestion des appels d'offres

Suivi de l'offre produit (programmes, supports..)
- Poste ouvert en apprentissage
- Perspective d'évolution vers un CDI

**Profil recherché**

En formation de gestion/commerce/marketing Bac +5
Consciencieux(se) et autonome
Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel
Esprit d’initiative

Le poste est disponible, à pourvoir en septembre et couvrira la totalité des frais de scolarité ou de formation.
