Job Description

As a Facility Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the Rockwell Automation France facilities (7 locations) and oversee the operations of the Fleet Management with the support of the local HR Generalist and the external Facility assistant. You will manage a team of 3 external people: 2 in our HQ, Voisins-le-Bretonneux (Île-de-France) and one in Lyon, in addition to the Facilities service providers.

We ask that you work on site at our offices in Voisins-le-Bretonneux reporting to the South Region Facilities Manager.

Your responsibilities:
Facilities operations:

- Directing and planning essential services such as building/premises maintenance, cleaning, catering, air conditioning, electrical and water.
- Participates in the selection of service providers/contractors in cooperation with SSO
- Negotiates rates and monitors the quality of services provided.

Security:

- Manage contracted security services
- Work close with the EMEA Regional Security Manager
- Provide support and guidance on CCTV, access control and alarms

Reception:

- Oversee al activities related to reception
- Ensure all processes are in place to ensure the smooth operations of the area
- Management of receptionist(s)

Management:

- Ensures that all activities are conducted within specified budgetary limits - always in agreement with Regional Facilities manager (Cost effective)
- Handles a variety of sensitive and confidential information. Ensures rapid and accurate dissemination of critical information

Fleet management:

- Work closely together with HRG, service provider and employees
- Reporting
- Monthly review and monitoring of fleet status (km's management, high's/low's) Fraudulent activities report on petrol cards
- Frequent monitoring of such activities
- Follow up on drivers fines
- Fines management in coordination with Facilities team

Leadership:

- Takes initiative in response to changing circumstances within the organization
- Drive team collaboration and excellence in service provided to the organization
- Continuous development of self and team

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Solid experience in Facilities management with at least 1 year of experience in similar role with people management responsibilities
- Fluency in both French & English
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Experience negotiating contracts with external suppliers

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

- SAP knowledge
- Experience in a global matrixed organization
