VOS MISSIONS
Au sein du département des ressources humaines, vous participerez à divers projets liés au développement des talents.
QU'ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE ?
**Nouvelle version de l’entretien d’évaluation**: préparation des étapes post-conception du nouveau format, notamment:
Planification des étapes clés du projet après la conception.
Préparation des communications à destination des managers et des collaborateurs.
Création de l’ensemble des supports et outils nécessaires pour le déploiement international.
Mise à disposition d’un kit de support pour les RH locales lors du déploiement.
Définition des indicateurs de suivi du déploiement (quantitatifs et qualitatifs).
Participation au projet (à définir selon la date d’arrivée, notamment pour la phase pilote).
**Déploiement du 360° post-pilote**:
**Planification des principales étapes du projet**: débriefings, création d’équipes de co-développement, suivi individuel.
Création des supports de communication pour les bénéficiaires et répondants (France et international).
Participation à l’organisation du programme Lead.
Création d’un kit de communication sur le Talent Management et les Relations Écoles.
Suivi et benchmark des programmes de développement des talents afin de proposer de nouvelles initiatives.
QUI RECHERCHONS NOUS ?
Étudiant(e) en Master Ressources Humaines, vous avez déjà réalisé un stage, idéalement en RH, vous ayant permis de démontrer votre autonomie, votre rigueur dans la gestion des dossiers et votre réactivité.
Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et êtes capable de nouer des contacts étroits avec vos interlocuteurs au quotidien dans un environnement international (l’anglais est souhaité).
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint.
