An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and experienced M&A professional to join a leading advisory platform as a **Vice President** within their **Infrastructure M&A** team. Based in Paris, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions across the infrastructure space, including energy transition & transport infrastructure.
You'll be joining a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the execution of complex deals and the development of long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions within the infrastructure sector, from origination through to closing.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality analysis and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documentation.
- Provide strategic insights and sector expertise to support business development efforts.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory developments within the infrastructure space.
- 6+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading and executing mid-to-large cap transactions.
- Deep sector knowledge across core and emerging infrastructure verticals.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Fluent in French.
