**Job description**:
Reporting to the Product Engineering department and our Mechanical Division Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define technical requirements (both product and process) and provide design guidance (based on functional analysis, Compliance Matrix convergence) to meet customer requirements. Support the system engineer(s) so that these requirements are gathered in the technical specification and taken into account by the project's product engineering design team. Ensure internal communication of customer requirements updates to product/process engineering teams.
- Manage and report on attribute convergence throughout the project phases, by discussing convergence and derogation needs with the customer, challenging the design towards functional requirements, leading the validation effort (simulation, testing, expertise) and problem resolution. Ensure the consistency of electrical responses to customer requirements, completion of the integration and validation plan.
- Manage and report on the progress of convergence of customer requirements, with the support of system engineers: consideration, implementation, demonstration, finalization, etc. Support the completion of customer milestones and ensure the availability of the design justification file at the end of the project.
**Profile**:
With a degree from an engineering school specializing in electrical engineering, you have in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering.
You have the ability to manage several technical actions and projects simultaneously.
You're a self-starter, a team player and a leader, proactive enough to tackle technical issues, and your communication skills are precise and concise.
Last but not least, you're inquisitive and keen to learn new technical fields.
