We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Job description**:
Main missions:

- Define/Establish
- _To analyse inputs product specifications and applicable regulation and to fulfill compliance matrix during RFQ and during development process steps._
- Build
- _To build and adjust the product qualification strategy (agenda, organization, external lab management,.)_
- Guarantee
- _To respect the project time schedule and the budget for validation & Qualification_
- _To elaborate the test set-up (type of product, sensors and instrumentation.and the test results according to the time schedule)_
- _Product tests results analysis vs objectives and deviation identification_
- Lead
- To lead the activities with ACC test lab people.
- To follow external test lab activities according commercial agreement.
- To validate test reports (internal and external).
- Contribute
- To share best practices within ACC test team (template, process, product tests results, technical expertise -thermal/environmental/safety/Embedded SW/ Electrical/ Li ion technology..)_
- _To update KPI & reporting according ACC process and objectives_
- Share
- _To share test reports and status with ACC project team and with ACC customers_
- _To highlight deviation against test set-up or product test behaviour._
- To update official test report area according product test progress.

**Profile**:
**Knowledge / Know how**:
Electrical, Physical Measurement, Environmental/mechanical tests

**Experience**:
Min 3 years in similar job activities with V&V activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or Eng degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement
- Good level in English.

**Key behaviours**:
Li Ion battery, V&V activities, Tests set-up and instrumentation, power electronics, thermal and safety. Huge environmental constraints (mechanical, thermal, shock & vibrations, safety)/ MAthlab Simulink/ lab test programmation.

**Some extra skills which make the difference**:
Reactive, Well organized, Good relationship / communication. Quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, PDCA). PLM tools. Electrical habilitation
