We’re looking for a Country Manager to join our ever-evolving EMEA Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

**About the team**
Our Commercial team creates value for businesses of every size and industry - from globally recognized brands to new start-ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers.
**What you’ll own**
As the Country Manager for France, you will play a critical role in driving growth, implementing and delivering on strategic initiatives, and strengthening market presence.
**_ Business Development :_**
- Meet or exceed sales targets set annually.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and promote Worldpay consistently. You will build on a portfolio of target customers and attract new customers.
- Developing and forecasting sales quotas, sales volume and profit forecasts, as well as analyzing trends and results.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential sales in the territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each opportunity.
- Participate in tenders and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other departments to win and close business.
**_ Contribute to the development of Worldpay in France_**
- Represent Worldpay at key industry bodies and events, maintain a quality relationship with customers and prospects.
- Keep abreast of market and industry trends.
- Develop the ability to cross-sell other Worldpay products.
**_ Team Leading :_**
- Get the team on board with Worldpay's vision, mission and objectives.
- Act as an advisor to your team members to achieve sales targets and/or solve problems.
- Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements.
- Develop your team's skills to help make Worldpay an expert and leader in its sector.
**What you bring**
A successful Country Manager will bring the following:
- 5+ years of successful experience identifying, developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth in a competitive market
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience leading sales teams in the payments or financial services industry
- Deep understanding of the French market
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams
- Bilingual skills in French and English
