Kaino, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, recrute un-e **Head of Data Platform** en CDI pour une entreprise technologique innovante, éditrice d’une plateforme SaaS d’analytique avancée.

Vous jouez un rôle stratégique en structurant et pilotant une équipe data au cœur des enjeux business et produits.

**MISSIONS**
En tant que Head of Data Platform, vous prenez en main la conception, la fiabilité et l’évolution de la plateforme data.

Vos responsabilités principales:

- Management de l’équipe Data Platform (data engineers & data ops)
- Pilotage de l’architecture technique (Data Lakehouse, pipelines, orchestrateurs, sécurité)
- Mise en production de modules analytiques et de modèles ML
- Intégration et partage fluide des données vers les équipes métier et data science
- Interface avec les équipes Produit, Infra, ML, Conseil, etc.
- Définition des standards et bonnes pratiques (qualité, sécurité, conformité)

**PROFIL**
- Bac+5 (ingénieur ou équivalent)
- Expérience confirmée en data engineering ou data ops
- Expérience en **management d’équipe technique**:

- Solide maîtrise de **Spark** et d’un langage comme **Python, Scala ou Java**:

- Bonne connaissance des outils d’orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster )
- Connaissance des environnements distribués (Databricks, HDFS, GCP/AWS/Azure )
- Bon relationnel, capacité à arbitrer, dialoguer avec les équipes métiers
