**We are looking for our future** Head of Regional IT Europe**

Reporting to the VP digital International (Group Technology) at the Corporate HQ in Singapore, you will be based in Paris and manage a team of Technology practitioners to support the Groups business operations in Europe.

In this position, you are expected to demonstrate a broad understanding of the Group business and technology strategies and established business process areas and the way in which technology may impact and enhance business process.

Your missions will include:

- Responsible for the overall direction, development and management of the Europe IT team including resourcing, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, mentoring, motivating, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Management of all Europe IT service providers, including Managed Services, Hosting, Infrastructure and Communications.
- Plan and lead all IT activities in Europe to deliver CapitaLand goals, prioritising IT initiatives and resources and managing the evaluation and deployment of IT systems and services.
- Oversee the Technology setup for properties’ opening to ensure infrastructure, systems and processes are established in line with CapitaLand standards.
- Lead the EU IT budget and forecasting processes with responsibility for operational and capital IT expenditure.
- Continually look for opportunities to rationalise, standardise and consolidate IT expenditure.
- Propose solutions and innovations for all operational and support departments to optimize, rationalize and secure business processes.
- Leads the digitization of business processes in accordance with the group's standards.
- Lead integration projects (acquisitions, conversion, etc ) from IT perspective.
- Ensure all service providers are meeting their commitments, targets and SLA's, through a series of regular service review meetings and in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure that regular reviews of technology operations are conducted to ensure compliance with CapitaLand processes & standards.
- Provide architectural governance, review, lead and manage projects and the implementation of new technology & business systems.
- Reducing risk, and maintaining uptime & availability through technology investment and improvements.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as IT champion for Europe to ensure effective communication of issues and opportunities.
- Act as Data Protection Officer for Europe cluster.

- Bachelor or above degree holder in IT discipline. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- More than 10 years of experience in an IT leadership role working in a globally distributed, team-oriented, collaborative IT operations organization with responsibilities in end user computing, service delivery, incident/change management, data center, networking, cloud computing.
- Experience with, but not limited to, hospitality systems, Office 365, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure and Systems, ServiceNow.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of hospitality systems (ie PMS, CRS, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong people, operations and project management skills.
- Customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship with a wide constituency, including business leaders, IT personnel and project leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative skills, problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English/ French.
