**Main missions and responsibilities**:

- Review regularly, in collaboration with Collection HQ, the collection strategy and adjust it when needed.
- Ensure that all collection activities are realized accordingly to company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and ensure that the collection performance meets the budget defined.
- Steer the activities of external providers, based on SLAs and defined KPI’s, to ensure an adequate cost / efficiency ratio.
- Ensure data quality in the information present in the internal/HQ reports.
- Support all the projects on collection perimeter, defining the user needs and performing the necessary tests.
- Ensure an effective team management and empower a good cooperation with the rest of the organization.

**Profile**:

- 8 years of experience in similar position in Retail banking sector.
- Experience in Consumer finance experience would be considered as an additional advantage will the focus of auto finance.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Knowledge of debt collection technics.
- We adopt a strong risk culture, and we expect all our professionals, regardless of their position, to have a proactive and responsible attitude towards risk management. _

**Knowledge - Specific experiences**:

- Demonstrated experience in similar business.
- Strong analytical, management and interpersonal skills.
- Spanish is a nice have.
- Permanent contract to be filled immediately. _
