**Context**:
Within the Group Human Resources Department, you will join the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Team in order to implement the daily actions necessary to identify the Group's needs related to HR information systems and participate in the operational activities of the team in order to optimize processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The HRIS team has, among other missions, the role of ensuring that the information system available to users is up-to-date, functional and meets the Group's needs in in human resources management.
**Your missions will be the following**:
- Identify and formalize the Group's needs in terms of HRIS
- Propose appropriate solutions in collaboration with the HR and HRIS teams
- Identify, set up and monitor specific indicators on the activity
- Coordinate exchanges with our suppliers
- Train HRIS users and provide technical support as needed.
- Strengthen data quality by supporting the various business users.
- Carry out technological and regulatory monitoring to guarantee data security and the confidentiality of information processed by the HRIS.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
Higher education Master1/Master2 or business school (HRIS, HR, Business Management, etc.)
You master computer and office tools such as the Office suite and particularly Excel.
Your English is fluent both orally and in writing. Your French is also fluent.
