The Role
Within the Group HR Department, you are part of the Employee Experience team, actively supporting the HR Centers of Expertise (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, HR digital...) and driving collaboration through our HR international network.
Thanks to your collaborative and creative approach, you design and coordinate dynamic content in French & English across our Group HR communication channels addressing more than 150 000 employees worldwide. You will cover all HR topics such as Group policies, programs, video tutorials, people portraits and highlighting new HR initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
Help implement HR Global Communication's main campaigns and tools, in collaboration with the HR experts
Adapt Corporate branding and visual identity
Design social media post material for our internal channels (MyHub, MySociabble) to showcase key HR initiatives, projects, testimonials and announcements
Identify and suggest to your manager the best channels and create the relevant cascading to send the right message, at the right time, to the right audience in the most impactful way
Profile and competencies
Graphic design skills (PPT, Canva needed, InDesign could be a plus)
Social media content (internal /external)
Editorial calendar & planning coordination
International mindset and exposure
Fluent in English and French
Interest for People, Organization and Change in fast-paced industry
Good communication skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organization and interact with all services as a support function.
