**Description**
Under the responsibility of BRBU Controlling Director, CONTROLLING ASSISTANT will support the team and contribute to monthly financial reportings and analysis, to quotations and to rolling forecast and budget/mid-term plan processes.
- ** Quotations**
- He/She provides assistance for creating price landscape database
- He/She ensures accuracy of data in IT tools and excel
- He/She supports the team in data collection from plants
- HE/She maintains RMI (Raw material Index) and other economics information database
- ** Business Controlling**
- He/she contributes to continuous improvement of our business planning tool (Anaplan) and BI tool (Qliksense) under responsibility of Key users
- He/She builds dashboards based on excel reportings released by Japan (Sales and Purchasing KPIs)
- He/She supports purchasing controller for data accuracy controls
- He/She ensures alignment of the different reportings (operational and financial reports)
**Profile and professional skills**
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (2nd year preferably)
- 1st experience (internship / apprenticeship) in controlling Fluent in English
- Knowledge of / Appetite for BI and planning tools
