**Role Definition**:
**ACTIVITIES 1 : LPMS Implementation (daily)**
- Support the LPMS Manager and team in implementation of LPMS (PMP, Project model etc)
- Support on LPMS training
- Assessments, meetings and workshops guide for all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all processes are being used and incorporated into every-day life in the project

Deliverables:

- Develop training material for LPMS
- Carry out updating exercise for Project model deliverables with all key stakeholders

**ACTIVITIES 2 : Maintain and optimize (weekly)**
- Maintain LPMS and ensure updating with lessons learned
- As processes are being implemented, there will be lessons learned which needs to be included and/or the processes will need to be updated
- Help identifying where optimizations can be made for the benefit for the whole project

Deliverables:

- Carry out Lessons learned sessions and document in LPMS system

**ACTIVITIES 3 : Communication (daily)**
- A key task will be the communication for LPMS, which need to be creative, interesting to ensure to get the attention from the project team and ensure increasing the awareness of LPMS in the whole project
- Help develop communication and training material
- Responsible for continuous update of LPMS status to whole project
- Work closely with Internal communication responsible

Deliverables:

- Produce communication plan
- Produce necessary communication matieral
- Updated intranet internal communication
