**Overall Responsibility**:
Lead all activities related to transport of Maxeon product to the end customer for EMEA region, from global factories to regional warehouses and project sites.
This will include the management of transport & customs team in France and the Philippines, and the Maxeon 3rd Party Transport providers, to deliver end customer at the best cost, with right planning and quality, in compliance with all safety, tax and legal requirements.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Optimize EMEA distribution network Design and constantly adapt the most optimal transportation network to support: Sales Targets Service level target (OTD) Cost objectives (Transportation budget owner) Quality objectives (CPMU) Lead times Identify best in class suppliers/partners; support Sourcing on requests for Quotations from international companies, negotiate and finalize contracts. Lead the monthly performance reviews with suppliers and associated action plan. Manage Transportation KPI’ and lead action plan Ensure compliance to SOX, specs and any other regulatory requirements relative to transportation & customs including Environmental, Health and Safety, Social responsibility. Provide direction and strategy to implement distribution setup for new markets including but not limited to Incoterms, transportation strategy, setting up legal and tax entities, etc.

**Lead the continuous improvement of our Services**: Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. In a very constrained transportation market, Develop/Maintain cost reduction roadmap to ensure optimized transportation services Project management of tools to improve the efficiency. Continue the digitization of transport management (EDI, TMS); Drive simplification, standardization and efficicency improvements Strong coordination with Global Supply Chain and Demand planning teams to ensure timely supply, whilst minimizing transportation costs and excess inventory. Participate with other regions for standardization of processes and tools, develop improvements and share best practices

**Skills and Attributes**: 5+ years knowledge in Supply Chain Management Experience in Supply Chain in a high volume dynamic product sales industry Strong experience in management, in an international environment. Applies advanced knowledge, managing staff to resolve common and complex business and technical issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced project management skills Proven skills in meeting leadership objectives Ability to develop and deliver quality presentations to management and other cross-functional teams Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization LEAN Supply Chain certification is a plus

**Experience and Requirements**:
BA/BS or equivalent experience required. 5+ years experience in Supply Chain
