**Job description**
HR Business Partner role is paramount in ensuring that teams have the right talent, at the right place at the right time with the right set up & skills to deliver on the roadmap and achieve the team goals. He / She manages and develops relationships with leaders across the teams they cover, working together to meet the business and people objectives. The People Partner provides advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle aiming at creating an excellent employee experience.
**Business Partnering**
- Understand scope business, financials and KPIs, objectives, strategies & measures of performance, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & risksAdvise, drive and support organizational changes based on business changes and needs.
- Partner with leaders and managers to identify talent, strategic resourcing and capability requirements in line with the longer term people needs of the organization.
- Ensure all HR plan & activities are strategically aligned with managers priorities.
- Support teams to identify & manage people risk - and how that translates into the ability to deliver on plan.
**Team Partnering**
- Coach, influence, guide and constructively challenge people managers and leaders to ensure strong people performance and development.
- Support managers in key steps of their team member experience by mentoring, providing guidance on team management and people-related topics.
- Provide guidance to managers and team members in understanding, and taking up our HR policies, strategy and tools.
- Supervise efficiency and success of acquisition, development and retention of Talents throughout whole lifecycle for the teams they cover.
- Understand & analyze key scope people metrics, establish relevant corrective action plans along with managers, deliver & impact positively.
- Manage an effective end-to-end case management of HR and employee relations and wellbeing issues Provide immediate fixes to acute emergencies.
**HR & Talent support**
- Communicate, monitor and measure existing HR policies and proceduresAct as an essential relay of internal communication to better involve and align teams.
- Understand scope people engagement & mood and cascade relevant info to central teams.
- Ensure both top down and bottom up virtuous loop of information on people topics and processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of global people programs and policies / processes, recommend adaptations to Talent policies.
- Support managers in establishing culture rituals that embody the culture into the team experience.
**People & Performance Reviews**
- Conduct People reviews approach to review performance of employees as well as job skills mastering.
- Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management program, including standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
- Recommend assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

✔️5+ years of relevant experience as an HR people, people partner or HRBP.
✔️Experience of effectively providing information, advice, and guidance across a range of HR activities to non-specialists that enables effective management of employee issues.
