**Your missions**:
**As an FP&A Analyst, you will work within the Finance team and you mission will be built around 2 pillars**:
**1. Planning & Reporting**:
***:

- Performing monthly finance closing either for expenses & topline purposes, prepare key finance deliverables and drive improvement in reporting of results in collaboration with our Senior FP&A analyst
- Run planning processes such as multi-year strategic financial plan, budget and reforecast and track variances vs Actuals
- Performing in-depth analysis of the company's P&L, cash flows and forecasts
- Performing analysis regarding Gross Margin
- Handling ad-hoc requests or analysis/projects

***2. Sales Compensation**:

- Design compensation plans based on the budget we need to achieve and provide recommendations on existing to better drive Revenue teams' performance
- Administrate compensation plans: implement changes throughout the year, communicate them, and address individual questions
- Provide some analysis on individual & team performances: use them to adapt future comp plans and share them with Revenue leaders

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master of Finance/Accounting or similar field is required
- You have a first relevant experience in FP&A, internship/apprenticeship is considered and up to 2 years of experience in finance and in a SaaS environment
- You are data-driven
- Detailed oriented with the ability to identify errors, and root cause analysis
- You have outstanding writing and oral communication skills both in French and English
- If you have a knowledge of Amalia or Pigment it is a plus
