Manager de Salle

Descriptif du poste:
- Connaissances approfondies de l'accueil, du service et du travail en salle;
- Être doté d'un sens très poussé du service client;
- Gérer l'équipe en salle (sommelier, chefs de rang et runner) et organiser le travail du personnel afin d'assurer le bon déroulement du service;
- Veiller à la parfaite mise en place de la salle;
- Connaitre parfaitement le mécanisme de service en salle;
- Rencontrer quotidiennement le chef et le sommelier pour connaître les plats du jour, tous changements de la carte et sur la carte des vins;
- Accueillir le client, éventuellement le guider jusqu'à sa table, répondre à ses questions;
- S'assurer de l'excellence du service Lors du service passer de table en table pour s'assurer que chaque client est satisfait de l'expérience donné par l'équipe;
- Assister l'équipe dans leurs tâches pour le bon déroulement du service;
- Participer et à la formation du personnel;
- Coordonner les différents départements et les équipes pour le bon déroulement du restaurant;
- Veiller à la bonne communication entre tous les départements lors des services et en dehors des services;
- Maintenir en état d'hygiéne irréprochable les espaces, le matériel de restauration et veiller à la bonne tenue du personnel (normes HACCP);
- Gérer les encaissements et la bonne clo?ture des caisses;
- Atteindre les objectifs mesurables du département lors des services;
- Travailler en collaboration avec le directeur F&B, le directeur du restaurant ainsi que les autres managers et assistants managers.
