Reporting into Sephora Collection’s Supply Manager**, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:

- Reporting to the Sephora Own Brand Supply Manager, you will excel and thrive in this position if you are ready to
- Operationally manage an MRP (material requirement planning) taking into account the following requirements:

- Supplier capacity
- Creation of packaging and finished product packaging plan
- Work on forecats transmitted to suppliers
- Supplier management with different Incoterms
- Send and track the order portfolio with subcontractors
- Monitor production and control stock levels
- Ensure weekly management of the article catalog:

- Monitoring of supplier delays
- Analysis of impacts and implementation of action plans
- Securing the information communicated by the subcontractor (timing and quantities) for good transmission of information to the Supply planning team
- Management of supplier issues during warehouse receptions
- Develop the knowledge of subcontractors and the mastery of their production tools
- Manage the launch phase of new products while:

- Collaborating with the purchasing and development teams for the choice of supplier, quantitative scales and lead times to ensure the sustainability of the product at the time of restocking
- Setting up production rates and planning according to supplier capacities
- Deploying and making database parameters reliable (nomenclatures, supply parameters)
- Manage the end of product life
- Place the last supplier orders to secure the last sales but limit obsolescence.
- Implement reporting tools while optimizing existing systems
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to monitor performance:

- Service rate
- Stock level and coverage
- Obsolescence and depreciation of stock
- On time/Infull suppliers
- Monitoring of Purchasing turnover
- Fill rate
- Graduate in business or engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement
- You are recognized for your qualities of rigor and organization and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Good interpersonal skills, creativity, versatility, and responsiveness
- Understanding of customer needs and appreciation for / interest in the cosmetics sector
- Good command of Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of ERP and APS / forecast management tools
