Manage your product category portfolio:

- Ensure stock policy throughout the product lifecycle by closely following with the launch project teams (Operations) the on-time, in-full quantities according to our key date calendars.
- Implement allocation/phasing plans in case of partial delivery - always with a customer satisfaction approach in collaboration with Marketing and Business.
- Provide internal and external visibility on potential category risks.
- Analyze root causes of stockouts to implement appropriate action plans.
- Develop allocation plans on a short to medium-term basis (up to 6 months) in partnership with Business teams to ensure the brand's overall strategy and reduce stockout risks.
- Manage end-of-life stock flow, finding outflow solutions if necessary, with Business teams.Work closely with Supply teams to ensure end-to-end visibility: demand/distribution/supply.Ensure alert level and visibility:

- Maintain good relations/collaboration with our customers and all Supply Chain teamsInventory Planners are responsible for defining optimal internal and external stock risk sharing processes/communications/routines (e.g., newsletters/demand & supply reviews, meetings with Business, etc.).Continuous improvement, process & project key users:

- Given Sephora Collection & its Supply Chain team's dynamic nature, the Inventory Planner will play a key role in continuous improvement and service evolution.Act as a key user for processes & projects, fulfilling responsibilities such as updating KPIs & reports, ensuring the facilitation of a process with the implementation of corrective & anticipatory actions, participating in system/tools/process improvement projects, etc. - all with the intent of representing the team as a whole.- Bac +5 equivalent from a business school or engineering school.
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Inventory Planning and Procurement
- Recognized for your qualities of rigor and organization and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Operational English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.
- Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP and APS/forecasting tools.
- An APICS license would be a plus (CPIM, CSCP).
