Within the Sephora Collection brand and the Supply Chain Department, you will be responsible for managing a Regional-Client portfolio to ensure the reliability of "sell in" sales forecasts to stabilize the correct production signal over an 18-month horizon. **You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**: - Build and manage sales forecasts for a Client portfolio: - Build the monthly sales forecast for the entire client catalog over a M to M+9 horizon: Analyze seasonality, cannibalization, anticipation, stockouts, and end-of-life landings. - Ensure the regional animation plan is considered in the sales forecasts. - Ensure alignment and reconciliation with clients' OTB. - Manage the monthly construction and validation instances of the Forecast with the client and the sales team. - Oversee the product lifecycle within the client scope. - Share visibility on specific client needs with the Category Demand Planner over a 10-18 month horizon. - Contribute to the S&OP process: - Report to the Demand Manager the construction of the forecast model and alignments made with clients over the M - M+9 horizon. - Manage the monthly Regional Demand Planning cycle. - Raise alerts and arbitration points for the region. - Build the SELL In budget and revisions. - Participate in the monthly landing / budget reforecast cycle. - Manage the region's SELL In budgets: - Build the SELL In budget and revisions. - Participate in the monthly landing / budget reforecast cycle. - Participate in performance management and projects: - Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs in the region, service rate, and obsolescence. - Participate in continuous improvement projects within the Supply team, including implementing processes or tools in the region. - Lead cross-functional projects within the Demand Planning team. - A graduate from an Engineering school or business school with 4/5 years of experience in demand planning. - Good knowledge of Supply Chain, inventory management processes, MRP/DRP processes. - Understanding of client needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector. - Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PPT, etc.) and databases, especially Power BI and Looker. - Knowledge of ERP (SAP and SAP4) and APS / forecasting management tools including Anaplan. - Fluent in English. - Strong analytical, communication, and rigor skills. - Strong team spirit. **While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy** - ** The people.**You will be surrounded by some of the most talented leaders and teams - people you can be proud to work with. - ** The learning**.
