Vous souhaitez rejoindre le n°2 mondial des vins et spiritueux, et travailler au sein d’équipes conviviales ? **Pernod Ricard recrute son.sa futur.e stagiaire**Business Analyst pour l’équipe HQ HR Transformation** (H/F) pour 6 mois de janvier à juin 2026.**Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8).

Vous aiderez le directeur de la planification et des effectifs à mettre en œuvre la planification adaptative pour gérer notre processus de budget et d’estimations.

**Vos missions clés ?**
- Vous assurerez la qualité des données financières Payroll & Benefits (P&B) dans Adaptive Planning et veillerez à la cohérence avec Workday (Group HRIS) et Polaris (Group EPM - Tagetik).
- Vous effectuerez des contrôles de qualité pour garantir l’exactitude des chiffre P&B dans Adaptive Planning et effectuerez des rapprochements entre Adaptive Planning et Polaris.
- Vous consoliderez les données au niveau du groupe.
- Vous assurerez le respect des procédures et des directives du groupe.
- Vous recueillerez les commentaires des analyses P&B des filiales et préparerez des synthèses pour les équipes RH et financières du groupe.
- Vous participerez à la phase de projet Adaptive (nouveaux développements) depuis les réunions de projet jusqu’à la phase de test.

- Vous suivez un cursus en Finance/Contrôle de Gestion ou équivalent.
- Vous parlez couramment Français et Anglais.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en Excel.
- Vous avez le sens du détail.
