Within the “People and Culture” team and more precisely the HR Business Partner team, you will take part in the career development of our Yousigners.

**Missions**:
It is a great opportunity to learn everything about HR development and work on various team projects.

As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will:

- Work on our Learning & Development strategy, and book the trainings for our Yousigners
- Participate in the implementation of career paths to help our employees project themselves in the long run
- Work on the implementation of our new tools (Lucca as HRIS, and Leapsome for performance management)
- Manage the experience of our 200 Yousigners (Tech, Product, Revenue, Brand & Communication, and Support teams) from the onboarding to the offboarding
- Measure employee satisfaction by launching engagement surveys and E-NPS surveys, and find measures to improve engagement and retention of our talents
- Launch our performance review cycles, and ensure our employees fill them in time
- Update our dashboards to monitor our KPI’s
- Work on diverse projects with other members of the HR team

**More About You**:

- You are in a Master's degree and looking for a 6 months internship
- You already did a first internship in HR
- You are motivated to learn on a daily basis
- You have good interpersonal skills, and a sense of confidentiality
- You are organized and able to manage several topics at the same time
- You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team, we are on the lookout for any new relevant ideas :)
- You have a cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable personality
- Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent
