According to the policy defined by the NEMERA group, and with a view to respecting deadlines, costs and regulations, and in a process of continuous improvement:
- Implement and adapt human resources in terms of organization, staffing, skills and motivation to achieve the objectives set by the Plant management and General Management
- Advise the Plant Director and department managers on matters of recruitment, personnel administration/management, relations with social partners, labor law, management and organisation.
- Contribute to the strategy and initiatives of the NEMERA group.
