We provide companies with fuel to power their products with high-quality geospatial-based datasets. We use data science, machine learning, and human feedback to build the most comprehensive geospatial datasets and insights available in Europe and rapidly expanding.
Echo partners with companies from multiple industries such as retail, mobility, smart-cities, real-estate, advertising, market-research, and financial services.
Tasks
**The opportunity**: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be joining our international sales team ( English is the main language in. the office) with the goal to expand our portfolio of clients and generate new qualified leads with a focus on inbound leads.
Tasks
- You are the organization's initial point of contact for any incoming inquiries that can result in sales
- You qualify inbound leads: understand their objectives, needs and pains
- You conduct introduction calls with potential customers
- You collaborate with the Account Executive team in order to close complex sales
- You record your activity and performance metrics in HubSpot
- You communicate your feedback to the Sales, Marketing team and Product teams to consistently improve our sales processes and efficiency
- You constantly improve your sales strategies: find out the sequences that works best for you to engage Clients and permanently perfect them.
**Requirements**:
- You are proactive, resilient, and highly motivated
- You have strong organizational and time management skills
- You know how to prioritize and you are detail oriented
- You have at least 1+ years of sales or related business experience
- You are really fluent in English & French (spoken & written)
- You have strong business acumen and demonstrated skills in relationship building with key decision makers.
- You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- You have the ability to initiate a real conversation, not a sales pitch
- You are a great “question asker”
- You are an even greater listener
- You have experience with CRM software (preferred Hubspot).
**Preferred**:
- Experience in Big Data, GIS, DAAS or Enterprise SAAS will be a plus.
- Any additional european language is a plus
