As an Inbound Junior Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for small businesses already interested in SumUp. You'll guide them through their journey, understand their needs, and help them choose the right solution to grow their business.

 
What You'll Be Doing

Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels — supporting merchants who have already expressed interest

Understand customer needs and build trust by recommending tailored payment solutions

Deliver clear, value-driven product explanations and demos that turn interest into confident decisions

Manage the sales process from first contact through to successful activation

Track your activity and performance, using data and feedback to continuously improve

Collaborate with your team, share insights, and contribute to a positive, office-based sales culture

 
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have 1–2 years of experience in sales with strong motivation to continue a career in sales

Are confident, curious, and enjoy speaking with people over the phone

Enjoy helping customers solve problems and make informed decisions

Are target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals

Bring a positive, team-first mindset and enjoy celebrating wins together

Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or hospitality tools is a plus
