**About the role**

We are seeking for an EMEA Service Marketing Director to join the Carrier Commercial HVAC team to lead the marketing efforts for our Service business in Europe (service repairs and maintenance activities, service agreements, rental and controls). This position will have direct communication with Global business leaders across the various high-level business. The position will lead the strategy and process development of campaigns and collateral creation to generate leads for our portfolio of service in HVAC Europe.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for people who are open in their communication and like to take initiative and action being focused on results and lead time. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

- Knowledge of service business in Europe (HVAC sector preferred)
- Mandatory team leading experience and work in an international context and fast-growing environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience ideally in marketing service solutions in a multinational and structured organization (preferably in HVAC industry). Technical profile with marketing orientation or sales profile with technical orientation are however possible.
- Fluent English and fluent French (preferably mother tongue but not mandatory).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

- A technical education (engineer or similar) or sales & marketing education but with experience in technical product environment.

**Responsibilities**

As an EMEA Service Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for:

- Strategic deployment: coordinate the deployment in HVAC EU of the strategic guidelines developed by Global Service team. Support the Global team in the strategic plan definition for new solutions.
- Market intelligence: establish a proper monitoring on Service solution pricing from Competition
- Product / service solutions Management: accountability of the strategic service solution roadmap and complete service initiative product portfolio.
- Plan & coordinate all tasks of a service solution development with R&D & ERCD specifically
- Marketing Communication Activities: accountability for marketing communication activities of Carrier and CIAT brands for Service Solutions
- Sales Support: assure strategic alignment, product/service deployment to support penetration of any new or existing service solution in Carrier.
