We are currently looking for an **International General Accountant **to support our growth for an 8 month-full time contract.

**Roles and responsibilities**

Member of the Finance Team, managed by the Accounting & Tax Director & her Deputy, and in collaboration with Billing or Controlling teams, you are in charge of accounting for a part of our European entities.

**Your missions**

Recurring - daily
- Be part of the Purchase process (Order to Cash) by Checking & submitting for approval Vendor invoices in our OCR tool that automates the invoices booking into our ERP
- Check & Approve Expense reports in our tool (synchronized with our ERP)
- Prepare all payments to vendors or employees
- Be responsible for bank, cash & treasury postings & reconciliations
- Be the main contact for vendors or employees
- Investigate Debtors Vendors

Closing Monthly
- Calculate & post Month End Closing entries(payroll, D&A...)
- Complete regular Balance sheet reviews, justify BS accounts, whilst improving processes
- Reconcile & Match All kind of accounts (general, A/P, ICO...)

Other projects
- Follow some KPI as cash-flowor assets
- Preparing tax returns
- Helping in purchases reporting production
- Garantee internal processes
- Be part of new tools implementation team

**Your experience**
- From 3 years experience
- From BAC+2
- IT knowledge (such as Excel)
- English = fluent (written & oral) - an additional language would be an asset
- Rigoureous, good relationship, team spirit
- Organized, know how to priorize
- Comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
