If you are an International General Accountant with a minimum of 3 years experience, the following may be interesting for you

**The International General Accountant Role**

Member of the Finance Team, managed by the Accounting & Tax Director & her Deputy, and in collaboration with Billing or Controlling teams, you are in charge of accounting for a part of our European entities.

**Recurring - Daily missions**
- Be part of the Purchase process (Order to Cash) by Checking & submitting for approval Vendor invoices in our OCR tool that automates the invoices booking into our ERP
- Check & Approve Expense reports in our tool (synchronized with our ERP)
- Prepare all payments to vendors or employees
- Be responsible for bank, cash & treasury postings & reconciliations
- Be the main contact for vendors or employees
- Investigate Debtors Vendors

**Closing Monthly**
- Calculate & post Month End Closing entries(payroll, D&A...)
- Complete regular Balance sheet reviews, justify BS accounts, whilst improving processes
- Reconcile & Match All kind of accounts (general, A/P, ICO...)

**Other projects**
- Follow some KPI as cash-flowor assets
- Preparing tax returns
- Helping in purchases reporting production
- Garantee internal processes
- Be part of new tools implementation team

**It would be fantastic if you**
- Have min 3 years experience
- Have BAC+2 or plus
- Have IT knowledge (such as Excel)
- Speak and write English fluently - an additional language would be an asset
- Are organised, know how to prioritise
- Are comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
- Are native or fluent in French
