**Job Description Summary**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working with the Sales, Technical Support, and Corporate Operations Teams to ensure orders are entered, shipped, and confirmed in a timely manner
- Submit and process customer and internal orders in the enterprise resource planning system
- Manage communications to customers and to internal departments as needed
- Participate and provide recommendations in continuous improvement discussions
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in Order Processing or Customer Service is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Business level English, German, French or Spanish is preferred
