**The question is**: are you ready to change the world with us?

**You will**:
Know every detail of Wallbox solutions (including our third-party integration), and understand how technical solutions are run and installed
You will support our Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings, with travel as required
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success
Ensure that Wallbox Partners consistently provide excellent and industry-leading levels of Quality and Customer Service.
Address, review and solve any issues with Wallbox Products
Identify faults in Wallbox Partner Network and rectify them in a timely manner to avoid any major problems in the future.
Have direct on-site contact with key accounts if needed to address issues.
Support and consolidate Wallbox Partners Network.
Be responsible for the delivery of every installation within the QA standards.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Interested in electric vehicles and renewable energies
Excellent interpersonal skills proactive and self learning
Ability to manage and adapt to fast-changing priorities
A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
Ability to work closely with end-users in a consulting, services or support capability
Travel as required
Native in French and high level of English. Other languages is a plus.
