Within the Algo & Index department, you join the HORIZON/FONEMS team as a Squad Lead.

In an IT environment, within the Pre-Trade Front Office team, the Squad Lead will intervene on projects related to the Horizon HMM trading platform, used for trading equity derivatives (futures/options on indices/shares).

On a daily basis, your duties are to:

- Coordinate and plan the actions of internal and external resources in your technical or functional field to meet new business needs;
- Perform complex diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunction and propose corrections and workarounds;
- Participate in the consistency and performance of the business information system;
- Anticipate changes and their impact on the Information System;
- Propose and contribute to the monitoring of your perimeter budget.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration consists of a fixed amount, an annual bonus, a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation and contributions.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You are familiar with:

- Project management;

- Front Office environments.

You are:

- Organized and rigorous;
- Able to support and develop teams;
- Good ability to communicate information clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.

You master English with a B2 level.
