_️ this job offer is kindly hosted on TFTP’s site but is not for Team For the Planet_ ️_ _ **The Climate Dividends Initiative**: Climate dividends is a non-profit co-founded by Ademe, Mirova, Team for the Planet, Sweep, 2050 and Fondation Kanopée Partage and chaired by Brune Poirson. Our global mission is to accelerate the financing of the environmental transition**and firstly to **steer investment in climate solutions contributing to global carbon neutrality**, through the use and promotion of Climate Dividends. Climate Dividends are extra-financial information corresponding to the positive climate impact of a company (measured by avoided or removed emissions) that can be claimed by their equity shareholders**.** **1 tonne of CO₂e avoided or removed by the company’s activity > 1 Climate Dividend distributed to the shareholder.** Our ambition is to make Climate Dividends **one of the main mechanisms used by international institutions and organisations**to set rules, incentives and targets to guide and direct finance towards climate solutions and global carbon neutrality. More info on this video So far, our operational team is made up of 3 people (Laura Beaulier,CEO ; Simon Deschamps, technical director; Thibault Zimmermann, operations director), supported by very dedicated people (the board of directors, the representatives of the founding members, members of the technical committees and 4 volunteers). **After 2 years of successful pilot phase, our main priority is now to scale and to increase market adoption**. This is why we're looking for a sales profile to recruit users globally (companies commercializing climate solutions (renewable energy, low-carbon mobility, circular economy...etc) and the equity investment funds backing them). **Your mission**: - ** Define & implement our “acquisition” strategy in close collaboration with the CEO** - User recruitment strategy - Elaboration and improvement of commercial funnel (KPIs, hubspot funnel, automation..) - Improvement and production of commercial documents (relevant website pages, flyer, videos) - Improve commercial pitch and reinforce the perception of Climate Dividends value added - ** Deploy the strategy to recruit new users** - Identify and prospect/contact potential users all over the world - Respond to (qualify and transform when relevant) incoming requests from users - ** Participate to the operational process of users journey** - Work with the technical director to identify and solve potential technical hurdles during commercial process - Work with the operations director to improve and implement the transition from user recruitment to onboarding and climate dividend emissions - **Increase Climate Dividends's reach and recognition during events** - Organise webinars / events (potentially with partners or users) - Attend events to network - Participate to conferences to present Climate Dividends - ** Bonus (depending on profile)**: Contribute to general communication (monthly newsletter, linkedin, ressources production) **What we are looking for**: We are looking for someone **based in Paris** (or who can be there 3 to 4 days a week most of the time) for meetings and events. The idea is to ensure that it is not too costly (in time, effort, money) for the person and the organisation to take advantage of business opportunities and attend events that are mostly taking place in Paris. And then, this job is for you is you recognise yourself in the following: - Personal commitment to ecological transition - Minimum 3 years of working experience, ideally in business development/sales or entrepreneurial project development - Fluent in french and in english (writing and oral) - Excellent sales attitude and interaction abilities (you like convincing, closing a deal) - Strong organisation and rigorous skills (you’ll have to work on various leads and projects at the same time and organise events in coordination with many stakeholders) - Persevering, tolerant to stress, adaptable and motivated by a fast-paced project with changing and ambitious objectives - Ability and eager to learn new skills and tools, work autonomously and take initiatives - Experience and mastery of the following tools is useful but not compulsory: hubspot (most useful), notion, mailchimp, linkedin (and bonus: make, graphic design tools, webflow). - Ideally, some experience or knowledge of the sustainability sector (minimum: general knowledge with topics such as carbon footprint, transition plans, decarbonisation target setting..) and some understanding of financial topics and of the financial sector.
